Really enjoyed whole camper expreience. Surprisingly spacious - excellent use of space. Fully equipped with everything you could need. Only bad thing is I would never rent an automatic one again as it had very little power which is fustrating

although it was very comfortable, and most things worked perfectly, the vehicle was showing its age. The cabin door could not be locked from the inside.

Overall the Quattro was an excellent choice. Spotlessly clean on pickup. Loved the layout and everything we needed was onboard.

Vehicle performed well and was very reliable. The campervan was comfortable to travel in and the configuration worked well. Unfortunately, there was something amiss with the waste water drainage. Upon returning the van, Backpacker assured us they would investigate this problem. Extra bedding during the colder months would be great.

Not completely clean inside at pick-up. Problems with gray water more or less the whole time but got worse in the end. ( not draining from sink and shower) Almost completely flat leisure battery at pick-up- which made us having to find a mechanic already the 3 rd day of our trip. ( we got a new one and it worked well.) Felt like the service could have been more thourough between customers.

Door was broken so it needed fixing otherwise it swung open when driving

The transmission went out on the vehicle causing us to lose a day. We were not able to continue our trip south. We were reimbursed for a day but not the hotel we had to stay in for that night. I purchased the deluxe package and was misinformed about the fuel tank needing to be full. The receptionist when we dropped off the campervan stated that the fuel tank needed to be full not the propane tank.
