Britz Action Pod

Awesome service provide, we have selected the Toyota Hiace but we got an upgrade to the Mercedes Sprinter, brand new vehicle with just 8K on the odometer : everything went smooth.

The set up on the van was just perfect for my wife and I, we really enjoyed it. Lots of space for all our items , the only issues that I had was: 1. Washing sink water reservoir would splash water out onto the sink and pull out-was wet and moldy and the siphon that went into the water jug was slimy! Not sure what was growing in that tank! Yuck! ended up not using it and stuffing a rag in it to prevent it from leaking and tried to air it out when we could. 2. No one told us about the 2-USB ports and cigarette lighter on the side of the bed, we only found out about it when I was wondering what the blue light was. That should have been mentioned when we picked up the van since there was only 1 USB on the dash. 3. Curtains are a good idea, but the magnets were weak and kept falling down. 4. One day the refrigerator stopped working and since we were in the middle of no where and myself being a mechanic I spent some time tracing the power circuit to locate a blown fuse, bought a fuse and got it working again. When returning the van, I did get reimbursed for the fuse, but we got no real apology and we did loose half a day of our vacation getting it going again. 5. The sliding tray for the stove would not pull out completely and the propane tank could not fit in the holder and had to lay flat. The van should have been checked better to make sure these items were ok. Other than these items I would rate the van 5 stars and am looking forward to our next adventure touring the south island again.

The vehicle was perfect for what we needed it for.

CLEAN VEHICLE FRIENDLY STAFF AND HELPFUL

This van was much newer, much bigger, and MUCH nicer than I was even expecting from the pictures. It made our whole trip! Really glad we got the extras package too, totally worth it.

GPS was terrible. Would not charge consistently.
