Specific Terms and Conditions for Affiliate Agreements

Please read this agreement carefully before using Discovery Campervans & Motorhomes Affiliate Program. By using the program, you signify you understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not sign up.

The terms and conditions of this Agreement are subject to periodic change at Discovery Campervans & Motorhomes discretion. As a result, each affiliate agrees to review this Agreement periodically.

These Terms and Conditions need to be abided by at all times. Should an Affiliate website breech these terms, the agreement may be terminated.

Discovery Campervans & Motorhomes prohibits the use of this affiliate program by Affiliates who operate websites containing pornograpic, racist or illegal content.

Discovery Campervans & Motorhomes will not approve any Affiliates who do not have an operational website. PPC Campaigns that point directly to our website are not permitted.

Liability of Discovery Campervans & Motorhomes

Discovery Campervans & Motorhomes is not liable for any malfunction or failure of its systems, Site or service offering due to matters including, but not limited to the failure of our or any other suppliers software, hardware or communications technology, that results in loss of business to our Affiliates.

It is your sole responsibility to understand and abide by any federal, state, local or foreign tax laws that may apply to your Affiliate commission payments. You understand that you may be required to provide a Tax Invoice or complete certain Australian Tax Office information reporting forms prior to your receipt of any monetary sums. You further understand that Discovery may be required to provide information regarding your earnings to the ATO or any other foreign government agency that requests such information.

It is the sole responsibility of the Affiliate to ensure they set up their Banners and Links with their own personalised Affiliate code. Discovery Campervans & Motorhomes assumes no responsibility for incorrect code, and shall not be liable for any loss incurred as a result.

Affiliate commission payments will be made each month on travelled bookings ONLY. A minimum balance of AUD100 is required. Our Payment method is by either Direct Deposit into an Australian Bank account or posting of an Australian Dollar Cheque. If payment is required to an overseas entity, any bank fees applicable will be deducted from your commission due.

Important Conditions You Agree To

• To display only authorised Banners and Text links on your website.
• To only use the banners and text links on the approved website not any other website without permission.
• To not point a PPC Advertisment directly at Discovery Website (You must own a website!).
• Commission is only paid once a rental has been completed - Sales where a customer cancels or no-shows will not be paid.
