Enjoyed the well designed interior which allowed for comfy beds & one bum standup kitchen area at rear. Self contained aspects of power, portaloo + wet sink were a real bonus to enabke independent freedom camping. Only one negative - no 5th gear + not as economic on fuel consumption as hoped for long haul travel.

Loved it

The van is OK for two travelers. I would not recommend it for 4 people. Storage space is minimal. Jucy has a 24 hour emergency call center. We had to use it twice (the fridge did not work, then the the skylight leaked in the rain). It took multiple calls, and half a day to get someone to call back. However, when they did call back they were extremely helpful, fixed the problem at the next town of our choosing and compensated us for lost time.

The vehicle was comfortable and easy to drive. It was a Nissan van not a Toyota, and the instructions for use spec sheet was for a Toyota Hiace, so some misinformation there. We waited for at least 1 hour for the van to be ready to use after the booked time, I think it was being cleaned. There was a problem with the chargers not charging our phones, however, the staff at Queenstown did their very best to help us and gave us new charging plugs. Thank you to all the staff at Jucy.
